Originally from the Philippines, A.V. embodies the belief that success is determined by one's journey and destination, not their starting point. He financed his Accounting studies by working at Vancouver International Airport for Alaska/Horizon Airlines, ultimately earning his Certified Management Accountant (CMA, CPA) designation. A.V. has gained diverse professional experience in the travel industry, insurance claims, luxury car dealerships, and Finance & Management recruitment, connecting deeply with individuals from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

A.V.'s real estate journey began by assisting airport colleagues with their property transactions. With over 18 years in the field, his passion for helping families continues to grow.
